Human Aid and Relief Organization (HARO) values the trust and generosity of our donors and supporters. We are committed to transparency and accountability in all financial matters.

1. Donations

All donations made to HARO are considered voluntary contributions to support our humanitarian and charitable activities. Once a donation has been processed successfully, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions.

  • Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake.

  • Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 to 10 working days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Donor name

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction ID or receipt number

  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed carefully. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Processing Time

Please note that it may take additional time for banks or payment service providers to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
