Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and upon his family and companions
God Almighty says: “And whatever good you put forward for yourselves, you will find it with God that is better and greater in reward.” (Al-Muzammil 20)
And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, says: “The most beloved of people to God Almighty are the ones who are most beneficial to people, and the most beloved of deeds to God Almighty is the joy that He brings to a Muslim, or relieves him of his distress, or pays off a debt from him, or drives him away from hunger, and that I walk with a brother in need is dearer to me than that I observe I’tikaf in this mosque, i.e., the mosque of Medina for a month.” Sahih Al-Albani
It was the launch of the Humanitarian Relief and Aid Organization in 2003 AD, and with the grace of God Almighty – and the efforts of the sincere and benevolent people – the Authority was able to achieve great successes in the fields of developmental charitable work by carrying out its duty to alleviate the suffering of the poor and needy in the service field, caring for orphans and widows, and sponsoring poor families. The Commission’s march was also strengthened and characterized by its adoption of many projects such as: establishing mosques, digging wells, sponsoring orphans and widows, building Islamic centers in several states of Bangladesh and in Burmese refugee camps, in addition to other projects such as fasting breakfast and sacrifice and others, and the work is still continuing, thanks to God. And these achievements are only a true picture of what the owners of the white hands and the philanthropists from the Arab and Islamic countries provide in support of charitable work, so we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to those benefactors, asking God Almighty to make this in the balance of their good deeds and to bless their money and their children. We all hope in God Almighty and then in these good people that the support will be continuous until we reach the desired goal, God willing.
